Located in Rogers, Northwest Arkansas, the 4000 square meter Neptune Office was designed by architects Polk Stanley Wilcox. Northwest Arkansas was a surprisingly well-developed commercial land for a state that was strongly attached to agriculture. One of the reasons for this growth is the largest retail group in the United States - Walmart requires all businesses to locate offices near their headquarters. Therefore, hundreds of businesses have offices here, creating a highly competitive land. Businesses have to attract the most talented candidates with world-class, eco-friendly facilities to promote an ideal and healthy working environment.

The main office owner's design requirement was to create a novel office building, unlike any other office located between a sparse residential area and a thriving commercial district at Rogers. With this element of geographical location, the architects have created a harmonious combination between modern and traditional architecture. The Neptunes Building is nestled among a field of wild flowers, adjacent to a primeval forest. The straight glass door system enhances the absorption of natural light and makes the space become wider, while allowing the employees to see the green landscape outside.

There is also a wide range of sheltered outdoor spaces that help users get closer to nature. The building's outer space is covered with natural stone along the length of the building, providing a typical design that combines natural stone and Swisspearl fiber cement in the exterior design.
